Zendre aims to provide its customers the best customer service. We would like to emphasise though that we can not take any responsibilities for the shipping damage of the items.

In case you receive an item that was damaged while shipping we recommend you to turn to the transport company with your complaint. As the shipping of our products is beyond our control, we can not take responsibility for the shipping damage.

Furthermore we do not exchange items that were damaged, torn, stretched or stained whilst wearing. We suggest you follow the care instructions on the label of the items, that way you can ensure that the item lasts longer.
