In case you receive a faulty product we suggest you choose the simple product exchange process as follows:
Contact our customer service within 10 days from the receipt of the faulty item. You can reach us via email or social media and we will guide you through the process.
Describe the problem and attach a photo for proof. This will help us identify the problem.
Our team will examine the complaint and reply within 48 hours. If approved, we will offer an exchange that will be delivered at our expense.
The item has to be returned in the same condition as it was received and it has to be in the original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we examine it, check the fault and then send you the exchange item.
