After having placed your order and paid for the product the Zendre team starts processing the order. This starts with confirming that the product is in stock, then we prepare the item for delivery and ensure that the delivery address is accurate.
2. Delivery time
International delivery time is typically 10-25 working days .We would like to point out that the delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery and other factors. It’s important to mention that the delivery time should be calculated from the 2-5 day after the day when the order was placed.
3. Flexibility of the delivery time
In certain countries the delivery time may vary. In these cases we suggest you contact our customer service to find out how much time is needed to deliver the product to the given country.
4. Confirmation and tracking of delivery
After having placed your order you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to monitor the movement of your parcel. This helps you get informed about the expected date of the delivery and enables you to track the movement of the parcel.

During seasonal discounts and promotions, for example during the Christmas season, the delivery time may be longer than expected due to the large number of orders. Despite the accidental delays we always aim to provide quality goods and excellent service. If this may occur we will do our best to inform you in time about the accidental delay and deliver your order as soon as possible.
